We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind after placing an order.

• Incorrect customization details (name, text, photo, etc.) provided by the customer.

• Minor color variations caused by screen or lighting differences.

✅ Replacement Eligibility

A replacement will be provided only if:

• 🛠️ The product has a manufacturing defect.

📸 Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

🔁 Replacement Process

• Claims for damaged, missing, incorrect, or defective products will only be considered if a valid unboxing video is provided.

• Claims made without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.

• Any issue must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, along with the unboxing video and your Order ID.
